Fodder School Live Waiver and Event Policies

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
I understand that participation in Fodder School Live may involve the use of art supplies, tools, equipment, furniture, and other materials and activities that may present risks of injury, accident, or damage to personal property.

I voluntarily choose to participate in Fodder School Live and knowingly assume the ordinary risks associated with my participation.

I release and hold harmless Fodder School Live, Willa Wanders, their owners, organizers, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, and the event venue from claims or liability for personal injury, death, accident, theft, loss, or damage to personal property arising from my participation in or attendance at Fodder School Live, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and for securing and protecting my personal belongings and equipment during the event.

Event Space
Only registered Fodder School Live attendees are permitted in the designated art rooms and event spaces. Visitors and guests, including children, family members, and friends, may not enter these areas unless specifically authorized by the organizers.

Accessibility and Physical Accommodations
We want Fodder School Live to be welcoming and accessible. Please let us know during registration about any physical accommodations you may need, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except when a transfer is arranged by the organizers.

If I need to cancel, Fodder School Live will attempt to fill my spot from the event waitlist. If my spot is successfully filled, my registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 transfer and administrative fee. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.

By checking the box during registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Waiver and Event Policies.
